Raccoons
Raccoons
Raccoons, or Procyon loter, usually have a gestation period of around 63 days. They give birth to an average of 4 babies sometime around April-May. The young leave the nest about 7 to 8 weeks after birth and a second litter is usually not born that year.

Squirrels
Grey Squirrel
Grey Squirrels, or Sciurus carolineensis, usually have a gestation period of around 44 days. They give birth to an average of 3 to 5 babies sometime around mid March-April. The young leave the nest about 6 weeks after birth and a second litter is born in late August-early September.
Two Red Squirrels
Red Squirrels, or Tamiasciurus hudsonicus, usually have a gestation period of around 38 days. They give birth to an average of 2 to 7 babies sometime around mid March-May. The young leave the next about 6 weeks after birth and a second litter is usually born in August-September.
Flying Squirrel

Flying Squirrels, or Glaucomys sabrinus, usually have a gestation periods of around 40 days. They give birth to an average of 2 to 5 babies sometime around May-June. The young leave the nest about 4 weeks after birth and a second litter is sometimes born in August-September.

Squirrel Damage
Squirrels that enter home have been known to travel through heating pipes and attic spaces. In many cases, squirrels will take the liberty of chewing through various wires running through attic space, thus creating a potential fire hazard. This picture is an example of the damage and expenses with squirrel infestation.
 
Woodchucks
Woodchuck
Woodchucks, of Marmota monax, usually have a gestation period of around 31-32 days. They give birth to an average of 2 to 6 babies sometime around April-May. The young leave the nest about 4 weeks after birth and a second litter is usually not born that year.

Skunk
Skunks, or Mephitis mephitis, usually have a gestation period of around 63 days. They give birth to an average of 5-6 babies sometime around early-mid May. The young leave the nest about 6 to 10 weeks after birth and a second litter is usually not born that year.
 
 
Ground Moles
Mole
Ground Moles, or Scalopus Aquaticus have a gestation period of about 28 to 42 days. They give birth to an average of 2 to 5 babies in March-May. The moles leave the nest about four weeks after birth and a second litter is not usually born that year
