An on site inspection entails a thorough inspection of the home or property for all wildlife evidence of one or more species. There may be things a home owner may not see that a wildlife technician can point out so that it can be taken care of properly, which may save time and money down the road.
We have a specially designed program to handle whatever your wildlife problem may be, whether commercial or residential. If it is wildlife, we probably do it--so give us a call! The call is the first step.

Sometimes the screening on roof & end vents may come loose allowing birds, bats, or squirrels to get in. Oven and bathroom exhausts can deteriorate over time as well. Thus, we will install roof vents, exhaust covers and chimney caps. We will screen off decks and porches to keep unwanted critters from making a home under them.

We do some small repair work of damage made by wildlife. If the problem is too big for our staff we have a list of reputable contractors who will get the job done right.


We do inspections for guano (bat droppings) removal. Most homes don't have a significant amount of guano or urine to cause damage, however occasionally there is a need for a clean out. And, sometimes the clean up and repair work will be covered by home owners insurance. We will remove all damage caused by bat guano and urine, disinfect the area and repair damage or replace insulation.
